RCH Online Questions:
Are you guys an actual store?
Absolutely! We have served south Denver, Colorado since 2003 and have a fantastic staff that works with customers in-store. You could count the number of employees we have on your fingers, and they run everything from the store, to the track, to RCH Online. We are a small business through and through, but strive to provide the best experience and service anywhere.
I don't live in Colorado, but have an RCH down the street! What gives?
While we share the same logo and name, each of the 17 Remote Control Hobbies stores are independently owned and operated by hobbyists in your neighborhood. While we share some similarities and history, these are not franchises. This means that while your local RCH will provide the same great service and experience, they are not a part of RCH Online. This is an initiative of the Remote Control Hobbies of Littleton, Colorado. Cheers!

Why can't I find the part I need? Why are there so few parts?
Great Question! RCH Online launched on August 10th, and we're hard at work creating new product pages for each item. We are unique in that we hand-craft each description, oftentimes appending "RCH Insight" paragraphs that give you important information that you may not know otherwise. Because of this, we launched with an initial focus on Traxxas 1/10 4x4 Platforms. We plan to add parts for a new platform every week (50-150+ parts), and hope to make the entire Traxxas lineup available to you be the end of 2019. Please bear with us as we continue to grow and expand, we prefer to do it right the first time!
Why do you only carry Traxxas?
The majority of the in-store customers that we serve have Traxxas vehicles, and this allows us to gain experience with RCH Online while still providing great service to our customers. Believe us, we plan to expand not only out selection of surface platforms, but provide plane, drone, and helicopter support as well!
Why is each variant of a part in the same product page?
We chose to pursue this product page structure to feature every option available to you in an easy to compare format. We only pair inter-compatible parts together, so you won't accidentally order an ill-fitting part by accident! Should we receive customer feedback reflecting the desire to break out each variant into its own product, we will! Let us know your opinions, we will listen!
The product shows out of stock. Can I back-order an item?
At this time, we have chosen to disable back-ordering for RCH Online. As we expand and grow, we may enable this feature once we are confident we can fulfill large numbers of back-orders effectively.
Shipping & Fulfillment Questions:
I just ordered some parts! When will they ship?
Orders placed before 10AM MT will be shipped from RCH on the same day. Exceptions to this are orders placed on Saturday or Sunday which may be fulfilled on Monday, depending on your selected carrier. Refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
I live close to RCH Littleton, can I order and pick up in store?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer in-store pickup to applicable customers. However, we are able to pick online inventory to sell to you in store. If it is in stock on RCH Online, then we should be able to get you one that day!
What are your shipping options?
At this time, we ship orders using UPS and USPS. You will have an option to select shipping methods from these carriers at check-out. It is our goal to be able to ship through FedEx at a later date, so stay tuned for additional information!
Can you ship Next Day Air? 2 Day Air?
We can not guarantee the timely arrival of parts using these methods at this time. While we do not offer Next Day Air, we strive to ship 2 Day on time for our customers. If you do not receive your product in the proper time-frame given when we ship orders (on business days), please contact us!
Can you ship international?
Unfortunately, dealer agreements with Traxxas restrict us from being able to ship internationally. Our site should not allow to set an international address as the shipping address at check-out. If this occurs, please contact us ASAP.
